Well, luckily for Johnny, offending people wasn’t at the top of his concerns, which meant he has told many jokes on the expense of others. He was especially fond of fat jokes, which we all know are a big No-No nowadays. He used to make fun of NBC actor Raymond Burr for being fat quite a lot, he was so mean to him that Burr actually refused to be a guest in the show.
