Che Guevara’s face is very well known. His iconic picture has turned into a shirt many teenagers and college students love to wear. But it’s not about his face, it’s about what he represents. He’s a symbol of rebellion, of revolution. Ernesto Rafael “Che” Guevara de la Serna was both a doctor and a Marxist revolutionary. Well that’s not a combination you come across everyday. He was also an author, a guerrilla leader and a military theorist. He played a huge part in the Cuban Revolution in 1953.

He was named one of the most influential people of the 20th century by Time magazine and with good reason. Today, Guevara is still a symbol of class struggle.
