12. Safety Hazard

This sticker slapped on a road sign that reads “Obey the sign or pay the fine” gives us the feeling that residents of this neighborhood are super sick of reckless drivers speeding down their local streets.  This is totally understandable, and we get why someone added this warning to the sign. But unfortunately, this clearly backfired because the sticker obscures the part of the sign that actually tells the driver what the speed limit is.  

12. Safety Hazard

Basically, by going above and beyond by adding the warning, someone has screwed up the purpose of the sign and rendered it pretty much useless. Now people are going to get fined and not understand what they’ve done wrong.  Not a job well done.
