Michael stubbornly asserted that he was being treated unfairly, and told the judge that he did not get the “common law requirement of six months notice” to move out. He also added that he had done nothing to warrant his parents kicking him out in the first place.

He continued by saying that he had, “never been expected to contribute to household expenses.”
