Interestingly enough, it’s not the perfume itself that could be valuable as you might assume, it’s actually the bottle that it comes in. There are even auctions that are strictly devoted to perfume bottles, Eric Silver, an appraiser for Antiques Roadshow shares that the value depends on which company the bottle is from, the glass itself or the glassmaker, or if it’s vintage, rare or custom-made.

He suggests looking on the International Perfume Bottle Association website where you can learn more about what collectors are looking for, the bottles could go for around $100-$200.
