Luke Thill doesn’t have a driver’s license. He can’t drink, can’t vote, can’t even legally get married. But he can own his own house, and that is exactly what he did. He was recently invited to speak at a local tiny house festival, and those listening to him talk about his 89-square foot “Starter Home” knew that he wasn’t talking about a glorified playpen.
