Jessie Lipkin lived in the City, Manhattan, the most densely populated of the five boroughs of NYC. She had reached a crossroads and her life had begun to feel boxed in. She needed to get back to nature, to a sense of freedom and more space. This alternative-minded young woman hadn’t managed to find a home that suited her needs or her budget, and so she decided to invent her perfect home. Jessie Lipskin went to college at Binghampton, and it was here that she fell in love with the great outdoors. Her college had a nearby nature reserve that was easily accessible, something she would miss when she moved back to the city. Back in Manhattan, she felt something was missing, she yearned to be surrounded by nature and the space and the peace she experienced while being outdoors.
