After Lorna aired her thoughts  and feelings on social media, the rental agency quickly responded. They told her that they were sorry for her complaint but it was not because she was a woman that she didn’t get to see the property.

The agency told her that over 40 people were on the waiting list to view the apartment, as the landlord was away. SAMS Accommodation then reiterated that they do their best to ensure that they never discriminate against women.
