Ms Kozlowski accused Brian Kozlowski of trying to kill her and putting others in harm’s way by placing the equivalent of eight sleeping pills in her morning pot of coffee and this was done over many weeks.

According to Ms Kozlowski, her ex-husband continuously, methodically and in a calculated fashion decided to kill her and showed ultimately a complete disregard for human life.
