Wife Felt Ill Every Time Husband Made Her A Coffee

The Sentence

Brian Kozlowski, 46, of Mount Clemens, Michigan, was sentenced to five years- probation with the first two months in the county jail by Visiting Judge Antonio Viviano in Macomb County Circuit Court.  The judge jailed him for only 60 days, to be served on weekends.

This outrageous sentence was handed down to a man who had repeatedly drugged his ex-wife by spiking her drink every time he made her morning coffee.
