17. Call Me Doctor

When you work hard for many years to actually get your degree in medicine and finally becoming a doctor, it’s nice to be called one after all these years of hard labor and being an intern for so long.  So it’s nice to hear students call you to the doctor because let’s face it makes you feel good.

This Redditor shared his moment when he just wanted to hear it a few times more: “One of my absolute favorite things: After a PhD. student finishes their dissertation defense and the committee discusses while the student is outside the room.”
