Vent Isn’t Working

Not all bathrooms have windows, it’s a well known issue in many hotel rooms. One of the ways hotel owners solve this problem is by installing vents in order to create circulation of air which takes the dump and unpleasant odour away.

The question here is if we should call the hotel maintenance guy or a builder in order to fix this vent.
