From the whiners and complainers to the bigots and misogynists, you can always trust the Internet and social media to find some hate-fueled or ignorant statements, so it can be quite satisfying when they get publicly roasted. When Elon Musk took over Twitter, he pledged to shake things up at the company. One of the changes he made was making the blue tick accessible for those who paid for it. Before this, it was typically reserved for politicians, celebrities, influencers, brands, and others in the public eye. However, in true Elon style, he saw a money-making opportunity and promised plenty of benefits to those who purchased the blue tick.
However, when people realized it wasn’t working in the way they believed it would, of course, they took to Twitter to voice their frustration. Jim probably very much wanted to attend the prestigious ceremony, but when he had to attend a family member’s memorial service and then take care of his stepson while his wife took her mother into care, he knew he had more important things to prioritize. We hope Emily sent her sincerest apologies!

As a general rule, if you don’t have the best track record, you shouldn’t try to make other people look stupid on the Internet. When someone decided to post about no one caring if other people don’t want to shop at Target, Adam decided to make a small jab back and note that their management and sales numbers probably do care. While it was admittedly a funny comment, it was not received well.
Well, Adam probably was not expecting such a brutal response and the poster of the initial comment went on about Adam’s illicit past. From his substance abuse, neglect of his children, and so much more. Ouch! Not only did he get put in his place, but we wouldn’t be surprised if he deleted all traces of social media after all of his criminal activities were made public!

Whether this person was a personal trainer trying to make money, or giving some unwarranted constructive criticism, the delivery was slightly painful to read. Instead of getting upset at the comments, this girl put them right back in their place.
She sent back a picture of her ripped torso and asked the sender to reply with a picture of hers so they could compare where each person needed to lose weight. Unsurprisingly, she did not respond favorably, cursed at her and then defended her position by saying she is a mom and wanted to help. This girl didn’t even want the advice anyway!

Some people like to live in the name of God and devote their whole lives to being a good Christian. However, there’s others who think they also live in the name of God, but prefer to pick and choose when faith works for them and when it doesn’t. Theresa decided to voice her condemnation for Dwayne The Rock Johnson for having tattoos. When another user decided to call her out for her own wrongdoings, it was rather embarrassing.
After doing some digging on Theresa’s profile, Rebecca decided to publicly shame her for going against the bible and getting a divorce and piercing her ears. Quite savage if you ask us, but as always, if you’re going to go after someone else on the Internet, you’re probably going to get it right back.

The 54th Governor of Alabama, Kay Ivey put out a tweet that expressed how the state of Alabama would always protect their babies. While she was probably trying to express their pro-life stance, it didn’t sit well with many people on Twitter given the polarizing nature of this law. One brave Tweeter took it upon himself to point out the statistics and rankings of Alabama which spoke for themselves.
Given that they rank at number 47 in maternal mortality and 44 in infant mortality, they really aren’t protecting anyone at this point. It’s not surprising that this tweet got over 34,000 likes, pointing out ignorance is quite easy sometimes on the Internet.

Trans athletes competing in sporting events has been a controversial topic leading many in the sports industry to speak out on the unfairness it causes, not because of their gender identity, but because male genetics are automatically stronger than those of a female.When disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong decided to tweet about the topic and ask some fair questions, his cheating background landed him in hot water.
Someone pointed out that all of the trans athletes combined probably have not consumed as many hormones as Lance Armstrong when competing and winning the Tour de France. While it has nothing to do with the argument, it was quite a hilarious comment if you ask us!
A Little Spray Goes A Long Way
Anyone who has walked down the street in a hot city probably knows how important putting deodorant on in the morning is. Honestly, if everyone in the world wore some kind of deodorant, it would probably be more pleasant. However, the people at Slate decided that deodorants were the solution to a fake problem that was brought on by the patriarchy. But, for anyone who has experienced the awful smell of body odor, they know it’s certainly not a fake problem.
This user was someone who clearly fully understood the need for deodorant and invited the people at Slate to walk in a boys cabin at a youth camp. After that rancid experience, they would probably delete their comments. We can’t even begin to imagine what that smells like!

It’s all very well to express your thoughts on your Twitter page, but if you’re going to make a controversial topic, you should probably make sure that your past won’t get you in trouble. When one user called out students for taking out loans that they knew they wouldn’t be able to pay back, another user went digging. They found some solid old tweets that are great evidence to them being big hypocrites.
Just one year ago, the person who was ragging on student loans posted a go fund me link after expressing they are struggling to make monthly rent payments. A classic case of I need help, but others shouldn’t ask for it when they need it.
The Customer is Never Right in France
The French aren’t exactly known for their customer service, manners, or politeness. So, when a Karen in a French movie theater made a complaint, the manager honestly couldn’t care less. While the French don’t care about much at all, when you add alcohol into the mix, it’s a recipe for disaster.
As the Karen approached the alcoholic manager and didn’t get much of a response from him, her comment that “the customer is king” was the only part that caught his attention. But, instead of granting her requests and putting the argument to bed, he just replied with this amazing comment. Burn… the French decapitated their kings! This not only won the argument, but it probably sent Karen home with her tail between her legs!

As the new owner of Twitter, Elon Musk hasn’t been afraid to ruffle many feathers with his employees and other users of the app. Some days, he will tweet for hours, sometimes about interesting things he is doing. But mostly about things that frustrated him, and many times, replying to people with brutal comebacks or insults. So, when Elon stressed the importance of stepping away from the phone to spend time with family and friends, one user took this rare opportunity to finally put Elon in his place.
Good on this guy! He noted the hypocrisy coming from Musk and told the billionaire entrepreneur that he has posted on Twitter 473 times on one day alone. We can’t even imagine how much time it took out of his day to post that much, but how does he even have that many sentences to say?!

When it comes to masks, COVID and medicine, some people just think they know everything after reading one conspiracy theory on the Internet. When someone posted a comment on an Instagram post, they suggested that this person should conduct studies on the heart and how wearing a mask can give you life-threatening problems. They even suggested that they knew exactly what was happening to doctors, without obtaining a medical degree.
But sometimes, you annoy the wrong people. Whether this person was aware that they were lecturing a cardiologist or not, their comments were completely unwarranted, and entirely false as the real doctor pointed out. Maybe take your comments back to the conspiracy theory forum?

We’re not sure what it is with comic book fans, but many of the hardcore ones love to tell people they aren’t real fans if they haven’t read a certain amount, collected a certain amount, or attended comic fairs and meetups. When this user decided to call out author Dana Schwartz for never reading an issue of Iron Man in her life, she knew exactly how to respond to his stupidity.
As it turns out, Dana was the author of Rescue 2020, a comic book that told the story of the hunt for Tony Stark’s parents. So, it would be impossible for Dana to not have read an Iron Man issue, as she clearly explained. Maybe it’s time for comic fans to stop gatekeeping and let everyone enjoy the comics as they please? Not everyone is cut out for a career in law, but it’s quite important as a citizen to know the rights and laws of your country. It seems that this tweeter never understood the basics of committing violent crimes, nor the debate about decriminalizing illegal substances. For some reason, she thought that if substances became legal and a violent crime was committed while using them, the user would have more rights than the victim.

We’re Not Gonna Take It by the Twisted Sisters was a hit song in 1984 and was about standing up against an oppressor or somebody who will not take something from someone else. However, it seems that Republican Congressman candidate Jerrod Sessler believed that the song was about the attack on traditional American conservative values. He was clearly disappointed to see that frontman Dee Snider was actually a democrat.

Quite the glittering career in education if you ask us! He was probably more than happy to write down his career progression for the haters to see online. In fairness to the attacker, chances are that inflation hadn’t hit hard back when Robinson was a teacher. Maybe he doesn’t really know the struggle that teachers go through today as he has likely been in a whole different tax bracket for a while now.
The Only Person to Blame is Yourself
The oldest generations love to rag on the younger generations for a variety of things. They’re too lazy, they need everything done instantly, they complain too much, they don’t work hard enough, the list goes on. Without the commute and traffic, employees were able to achieve a better work-life balance. It’s not actually the remote work that is isolating workers, if anything, relying on their company to give them people to be around is more lonely than anything! Please take your dependency issues elsewhere, remote work has been a life-changer for so many people, and hopefully, it is here to stay!

People love to heckle comedians, but some just take it too far. Comedian Steve Hofstetter is never one to shy away from making a troll look stupid in a public forum, and this instance was no different. When Ivan called him out for being a “leftist ponder”, Steve took his opportunity to explain that comedy is progressive. When Ivan went one further calling him names, Steve knew exactly what to say.

It’s clear that this person was trying to make a bigoted and transphobic remark about the figures that show that transgender people are 19 times more likely to commit suicide. By posing this question, it seems this user is trying to present the trans community in a negative light . It’s insinuating that we shouldn’t support them. However, another user put them in their place with this strong response.
Firstly they called out their transphobic comments before expressing that the words they are saying are harmful and the cause of many of the fatalities in trans people. It’s hard enough for trans people to get their mental health in a good place, but seeing comments like this on the Internet don’t make their journey any easier.

Working as a fighter jet pilot is one thing, but being selected to fly an F-16 in a national parade is a huge honor where only the best are hand-picked. Rather than celebrating this incredible female pilot, this troll decided to jump in with a misogynistic comment about the female pilot not being able to handle the G-Force and strenuous requirements needed for the role. Thankfully, someone put him right back in his seat, and not in the cockpit!
Another user pointed out that while this incredible woman is at the top of her game as a fighter pilot, he is most likely unable to breathe after climbing two flights of stairs. Thankfully, someone pointed it out to Lavern.
In this particular play, Macbeth broke gender norms of what is considered to be male or female, so essentially, her tweet and thought process is completely wrong. Perhaps if she actually studied some Shakespeare she would be able to understand this notion, rather than tweeting anything that comes to her mind.
Minimum Wage Equals Maximum Effort
Having a strong work ethic is really important. It shows determination, discipline, motivation and responsibility. But, as employees are expected to work grueling hours for minimum wage, their work ethic will undoubtedly slump. When someone saw this post about never doing the bare minimum and going above and beyond what is required. They knew that the other side of the story didn’t match up.
They turned their comment back on this person and noted that if you ask an employer to pay beyond what they deem acceptable or request more benefits, chances are, you’d probably get an immediate no. We can’t blame them for this reply, it is genius in every way and actually quite mortifying too!

Going on a date is always nerve-wracking so when it goes well, it is always a pleasant surprise. Angela posted on Twitter about the events of her date, and while it started out strong, it took quite the turn.
