Whatever This Happens To Be…

Upon first glance, this may seem like some other worldly device used for who-knows-what. I would certainly think this is some device for a portal of some kind to a hell of some caliber that I am certainly not touching. The owner of this photo moved to the state of Wisconsin, and happened to find this sitting there.

After some research, it turns out that this sculpture is part of a project called, “Out of the Woods: A Grand Entrance”. Every year the state has an entry for artists that want to display their stuff. They don’t even need too many years of experience; they just need to apply. Boy, we’re glad we were wrong about the alien portal!
