Tree Memorial

This one actually reminds us a lot of the giving tree. Someone took the time and care to create a lovely memorial for this tree, so it must have meant a lot to them. Maybe two childhood friends would always meet up under this tree and be granted shade and comfort in the summer. When it died, they did the only thing they could to repay the tree for whatever it had given them.

We’re glad to see that not all things in the forest have to be the creepiest or most useless thing you’ve ever seen. Sometimes things get left behind that have a real and memorable story to them. We just hope whoever left the memorial is happy.
