Sir Alfred Joseph Hitchcock was born in 1899 and was a film director and producer. He is considered to be one of the most influential directors in the history of cinema. During his lifetime, he has directed over 50 movies. Hitchcock has a very distinct style, often referred to as “Hitchcockian”. His thrillers were truly scary and filled with suspense, such as classics like Psycho, Vertigo, and Rear Window.
