The University of Chicago is a private non-profit college. It trains everything from doctors to lawyers to business men to artists. The University of Chicago Press is the biggest college press in the country even though it only has around 16,000 students. Almost 100 Nobel laureates have been affiliated with the university in some way. 24 of its alumni won Pulitzer Prizes. Many heads of state and numerous members of the US Congress went here.
