The car certainly seemed abandoned, but Alec and Joe had a lot of questions remaining. They wanted to see if they could find any clues that might let them know what happened, or if possible, what the identity of the owner might be.

They looked through the car very carefully, checking in areas such as the glove compartment, under the seats, and in the trunk for clues.
