Woodstock 1969 was the most iconic music festival to ever exist, and people have been trying to recreate it ever since. On August 15th of that fateful year, around 50,000 attendees were expected at the 3-day music festival on a quaint dairy farm in Bethel, New York, and around half a million people actually showed up.
They danced, sang, did things their parents wouldn’t approve of, and listened to some of the best music acts of the time, bands and singers that are immortalized to this day.
