Is it raining outside? Have cold winds been blowing all day  making the weather super chilly? Well, this doesn’t seem to be a show-stopper for golfers, because they would rather put on layers and layers of clothing rather than cancel their game. Wearing a hat, gloves, scarves, furry jackets on top of sweaters, and extra warm pants, braving the cold weather rather than staying inside and not play golf.
