People Who Seriously Missed the Mark

Posted by M. Green

15. Labels Can Be Deceiving

When you buy canned goods at the grocery store you have to trust the packaging on the can. After all, it’s not like a glass jar that allows you to see the contents inside, the label is much more important. In this person’s case, they wanted a can of peas and instead were greeted with this. If they were looking to make some pea soup then they’re fresh out of luck, they’ll have to settle for corn chowder instead.

15. Labels Can Be Deceiving

I only wonder if this was a one-off or if there are cans upon cans of corn disguised as peas in that grocery store. I foresee that store dealing with a lot of returns and possibly having a word with their canned food distributor.
