24. Not Going to Stop Any Cars with That

Parking lot gates are meant to prevent cars that don’t have access to the lot from pulling in and taking vacant spaces, taking them away from the people who pay to use them. These gates are usually pretty simple structures that do the job just fine, except in the case of this one. Whoever created it didn’t match the rail to the size of the entryway!

This parking gate is not going to prevent anyone from coming in or out, rendering it totally useless. I suppose it could be decorated and serve as some kind of lawn ornament? Or maybe they should just remove it and install a gate that actually functions, that seems like it would be a good idea.
