When USPS had to put an envelope inside another, they knew they messed up. Once this unsuspecting birthday girl opened their envelope, the entire thing fell to pieces, including the money. This has got to be the most depressing but funny birthday surprise.

I’m kinda confused why they were mailed specifically 46 dollars, but maybe she was turning 46. Either way, I hope this person’s birthday only gets better after this fail.
