This poor guy explains; “when I called, the service person said; “I can see where the weight was changed from 3 lbs to 0 lbs at the distribution center.” Now there are a few things that are alarming about this, first of all, how/why did this happen?

And why did no one along the process, like the delivery person, not think about the fact that they were delivering an empty opened envelope?
