Have you ever done something so silly that you just couldn’t help but laugh at yourself? It’s always great when you can get in on the joke, even if it’s at your expense. Life’s too short to be serious about everything. Sometimes we make mistakes, and they can be hilarious. Other times we just can’t seem to get things right, and that’s okay! As long as you’re laughing alongside the people making fun of you there’s no harm done. We applaud these brave souls for being self-aware and sharing their bad luck with the rest of us. Most of us would crawl into a hole before being publicly humiliated. We just have to remember that no one’s perfect.

While money isn’t the only thing people should be seeking, many people still ask questions like this. After finding out that this person only had 10$ to their name, the girl definitely unmatched them on Tinder.
Chase should’ve kept his self-sabotaging comments to himself. At least now he’ll know that this girl was only in it for their money. She obviously confused the lyrics in his bio for a statement of fact. It’d be great karma if this person bought a lottery ticket with the 10$ and won big.

The desire to be seen as food may sound strange but it makes total sense. Imagine yourself very hungry. You look across the room and someone is eating the most beautiful looking pizza. Without even realizing it, you’ll be salivating and looking at the pizza like you want to marry it. Eventually, you’ll snap out of it and go grab yourself some food.

He always hears his granddaughter say everything’s “trash” but he has no idea what she’s talking about. This was the original way to say something’s trash, including yourself! But all in good fun, of course.

Sometimes filters make us feel better about ourselves and sometimes they don’t. This girl thought she’d take a funny picture with this goofy filter, but it backfired. Her sarcastic comment makes us feel like she doesn’t mind making fun of herself. She knows what she looks like and she doesn’t care. The best thing she can do is embrace her look.
We’re sure her friends had a kick out of seeing this Snapchat. She seems like she’d be the clown of her friend group. She needs to keep recreating Snapchat filters because this is gold!

This man isn’t afraid to tell it how it is. He thinks his wife is out of his league and he’s just hoping that she won’t realize it anytime soon. It’s nice to see that he doesn’t care about her wearing makeup. Women have a hard time pleasing society as it is without having to worry about painting their faces. He might not think he’s good looking enough for her but we’re sure she doesn’t feel the same way. Usually people are harder on themselves than they are other people. We’re sure that even with glasses she’ll still find him just as attractive.

The other person probably had no comment for this. How are you supposed to respond to a message like this? The fact that they’re strangers makes it even more uncomfortable.
You can’t agree with the person, because that would be rude, but you also can’t laugh because they could find that offensive. In situations like this, it’s better to just ignore and move on. That’ll teach them to avoid sending overly personal messages right off the bat.

Apple products always cost an arm and a leg. It’s no surprise that this response exists. We’re not sure why this question was even asked. It only makes people feel bad about their current financial situation. While Apple is one of the more popular phone and computer companies, it isn’t the only option. We spoil ourselves with the best products but sometimes we can settle and be just as happy. Apple juice sounds like a great thing to buy.

This girl just wanted to have effortless beach waves but ended up looking like an English king. Maybe she should feel royal, but we’re sure she only felt a lot of frustration. It’s pretty disappointing to have expectations and have your dreams crushed. She should find comfort in the fact that there are plenty of people who would love to have her curls.
Being compared to King George the First only means that you’re closer to royalty. If it’s fit for a king, it must be something iconic. We’re not sure why that type of hair went out of style. We should bring it back.

Some of us can agree that this mask mandate isn’t the worst thing that has happened. We prefer to not have to deal with our appearance every day. We save so much time by not looking in the mirror before we leave the house. This man’s face is probably not as bad as he’s making it out to be. He’s just testing out a new beard cut and isn’t sure if he likes it or not. He prefers to keep his mask on until he’s certain that he can pull off the new look.
These masks gave us opportunities we never believed we’d have! Now that masks are a part of mainstream society, we can expect to see many masked strangers roaming the streets from now on.

Her simple tiny fashion statement carries so many different meanings. Is she trying to say something or is she just a genius that knows how to make headlines? Either way, we think Ben’s response is gold. He managed to crack a joke while also revealing a little about himself.
While struggling with self-esteem is common, not many people like to talk about it. Next time Lizzo carries a bigger bag, Ben should tweet the same thing and show the progress of his self-esteem.
Best Costume Ever
Halloween is the best day of the year. You can be whoever you want to be. Most people like to dress as a cat or a superhero, but not this guy. He has bigger plans for this spooky night. 364 days of the year he’s just his normal unstable self, but on this Hallows Eve he’s making a transformation. He’s getting it together and finally being the person he always wanted to be.
He doesn’t need to spend lots of money on a fancy costume because this one requires no material things! On Halloween, people will ask him why he’s not wearing a costume at first, but then they’ll notice his new demeanor and figure it out.

These types of people are the best. They don’t conform to society’s unrealistic expectations. We’re not sure why more people don’t watch National Geographic, it’s awesome! You can learn more things than you would sitting in a classroom. Plus, it’s all visual and usually contains adorable animals. It’s unclear why Disney+ teamed up with Nat Geo, but we’re here for it. The girl who wrote this tweet is definitely the life of the party.
Instead of the regular mundane conversations, you’d normally have at parties, we’d talk about the penguins in Antarctica and how adorable they are. This girl should see her interests as a strength and embrace them at every social event.
The Broke Life
We can’t all have active bank accounts. Some of us open an account when we’re adults only to prove we’re not children anymore. We may not have had money, but having an account makes us feel grown up. Andrew must’ve felt very broke when he read that email. He was a little offended that the bank would label a deposit “unusual activity”. It’s like the bank was trying to rub salt in his wound.
They just wanted to make sure someone wasn’t sending Andrew money by mistake. It seemed a little out of character. They probably also investigated the sender to make sure they were real.

If you haven’t heard Seth Rogan’s laugh yet you must stop what you’re doing immediately and go look it up. His chortle is one of the most iconic and annoying laughs in Hollywood, and everyone knows it…including Seth. He’s not going to apologize for the way he laughs, nor should he! If it weren’t for his laugh, he’d be just another funny famous guy.
We wonder if people ever confuse his laugh for coughing because it sometimes sounds like he’s just trying to clear his throat. The famous people who find him annoying are just buzzkills. They’re jealous that they don’t have a unique quality to their laugh.

These types of photos taken at amusement parks are always ridiculous. This girl managed to look both frightened and excited at the same time! She’s twinning with the caterpillar on the rollercoaster without even trying! We’re sure she had the same expression on her face when she saw this photo on the screen at the amusement park. If this were us, we’d frame this photo and put it on our wall. It’s just too good to get lost.
It’s nice that this lady is able to make fun of herself and not take life too seriously. If you’re the type of person to go on a ride with a caterpillara caterpillar on it you’re probably okay with looking silly sometimes.

Going to the doctor’s is always a bit nerve-wracking. They give you a bunch of forms to sign that you can’t be bothered to read and you end up feeling overwhelmed. Whether the cries are related to stress or something medical is to be determined by a professional.
We think it’s valid for this girl to have checked off that symptom. If she didn’t feel like her excessive crying was a result of something more serious, she wouldn’t have checked it off in the first place!

For some reason, there’s a societal standard for men to be tall. Women seem to have this strange desire to be with someone who isn’t shorter than them. This guy already knew this fact when this girl messaged him. He knew eventually she’d see him in person and be surprised by his height, so he wanted to get it out of the way quickly and move on.
He did it quite elegantly with the meme, we’re sure the girl appreciated his sense of humor. Being short and funny trumps someone tall with no personality. The best plan is always just to be yourself and the rest will come.

We’re not sure what this is for but it’s great either way. This young man looks like the sweetest. His description of himself doesn’t take away from the fact that we think he’s pretty clever. To come up with a sentence like that takes some brainpower. He doesn’t give himself enough credit. Maybe he’s being humble on purpose to make sure people don’t find him too intimidating. It’s hard to be intimidated by a face like that though.
He looks like he wouldn’t hurt a fly, so that weapon metaphor is pretty fitting. He looks young so maybe he hasn’t learned his value yet. Eventually, he won’t be so quick to doubt his intelligence.

Cooking fails are always a shame. You spend so much time and effort trying to make yourself a delicious meal only to be disappointed. This guy felt like it was necessary to post his dinner but didn’t anticipate being roasted. After looking at his photo again he finally understood what everyone was so furious about. You can’t post soggy fries and expect people to be okay with it. Nowadays food aesthetics are everything.

If someone wants to take them out dancing, they’ll need a warning before they go into the shock of their life. Their description of the dancing capabilities makes us picture some bizarre things. We’re not sure we can think about it much longer.
It seems extreme to call yourself a monkey and a wounded rhino, but if that’s how they really feel then who are we to judge? This person should invest in some dancing lessons. Maybe they’ll feel more confident when busting a move.

Telling a story properly is a skill. Sometimes you have a great story to tell but you’re so excited to tell it that you jumble your words and end up ruining it completely. Other times you know the story is too good to mess up, so you just have someone else tell it instead. This girl knows the feeling of disappointment when you look at people’s faces and see they’re bored with you. It’s not fun.

Surely they still got an “F” but at least now the professor respects them a little more. More students should use this approach when they are struggling in school. Most students would just avoid doing the work like the plague. They’d procrastinate and then find a crazy excuse as to why they couldn’t do the work.
This student tried to do the assignment but they just couldn’t comprehend the material. The professor probably helped them out so that they can do better on the next one.

The dating scene can be pretty brutal. It’s getting harder to find a mate nowadays. With all the baggage and expectations from other people, we’ve made it harder for ourselves to find a compatible match. It’s hard when you feel too scared to take risks. It’s easier to feel good about the fact that you’re not quitting. It’s an accomplishment on its own. The small things in life are what keep us sane.
We’re sure this person finds it difficult to change up their routine. We can see them being comfortable in their ordinary life. Some people don’t need to be challenged constantly in order to be content. They’re perfectly fine without taking any risks.
The Slowly Deteriorating Brain
Middle school was a blur for most of us. It’s just something that happened in the past that’s in our distant memories. Somehow we were able to pull off things in middle school that would seem impossible now. This guy put into words just how different it feels to be older. Middle schoolers are nearly unstoppable. He didn’t need to uproot his life and change his habits. When you don’t go out much it’s easy to stay in for a few months. We think there should be quarantines every few months. It’d be nice to take some time to ourselves instead of being so focused on our daily routines.
Some people are so overworked that they’d benefit greatly from staying at home for a few weeks. Other people, like this guy, won’t have to change much, they can just keep on keeping on.
Unrelated Lack Of “Cool”
Being “cool” is overrated. What is “cool” anyway? It’s not something concrete that can be defined the same way to everyone. This person seems to think it means you’re trying to compensate for something else. He also thinks he doesn’t belong in the “cool” category, but we think he’s probably wrong. Every person has something unique that makes them cool. They might not realize it, but everyone around them does.
We think this guy is cool for his ability to self-diagnose his issues. Despite our flaws, we can all find comfort in the fact that there’s no one else out there like us. That’s pretty cool!
No New Friends
Making friends isn’t easy. You have to put your best self out there into the world and hope that someone will accept you. It’s a shocker that children have such an easy time making friends because it’s not so simple for adults. MIT is proving our point with their research. If you think about it, having five close friends sounds like a lot.
Having to maintain all of those friendships sounds exhausting! Although, we do feel for the person who responded to this tweet. Everyone should have at least one good friend they can confide in. We hope they’re just joking about having no friends. It’s a good joke, but a less funny reality.
