When Michael would not leave his parents’ house to find a job, they became compelled to take him to court.

Now, this might sound a little ridiculous to you, but to his parents it must have seemed like the only sane thing to do, especially since they were dealing with a grown man that would be treated by the legal system as an adult.

For them, it was important that he got a job, and were very supportive of him. They reassured him that he would be able to find a job despite his poor work background, as long as he tried.

In one of the many orders they sent him they even offered to assist him in getting finding an apartment to move into.
