One of the reasons why Campbell decided to live in an airplane to begin with, is actually to help the environment. First of all, the plane itself was junk, until he bought it and repurpose it as a residence.

Campbell also made sure his new Boeing home fits into the natural surroundings of the forest. Campbell owns 10 acres of land, which means this is incredibly time-consuming. When he’s not keeping the forest natural order, he mows the lawn and removes weeds like most house owners.
