Someone REALLY Loves Salad

A bed and breakfast owner found a very peculiar item left behind by one of his guests. In the room, probably the weirdest item he ever found was a notebook titled “Why I love salad.” In it were 40-80 pages detailing why the owner believed salad to be amazing.

The author also seemed to believe that salad was alive in some way. By the look of the entries it seemed to have been going on for at least several years.
