With every day that passes, another fun holiday commemorating a specific person, thing, or place comes.

There are many days that most of us are well aware of- holidays that encourage us to celebrate a certain someone like Mother’s Day, days to break you out of your normal routine like Bring Your Child to Work Day, and Black Friday, a holiday that urges us to complete a specific action like spend all of our money.

Then there are the more weird, obscure ones that you haven’t heard of, such as Lost Sock Memorial Day…although I do think we should bring that into mainstream.
