Looks like there are some hardcore punk rockers that live in this neighborhood! All it takes is a little bit of black tape and some imagination to turn a regular stoplight hand into the symbol for rock n roll. If you were crossing the street at night and saw this you probably wouldn’t be able to help but smile.

This would be a nice addition to a town that’s known for its rock n roll scene. Or it would be an ironic addition to a town that was known for hating the rock scene!
