Bringing Europe to Your Neighborhood

If you can’t manage to make it to Italy, perhaps you can bring a little piece of Italy to your neighborhood! Looks like someone who lives around here is a die hard fan of traveling, how nice of them to bring a much, much smaller version of the leaning tower of Pisa to their city.

That or they wanted to draw attention to the fact that this bollard is crooked. That is one way to get the attention of the city council, and in a pretty funny and clever way as well!
