McDonald’s Endorsing Cannibalism??

It seems that people take particular pleasure in vandalizing McDonald’s ads, perhaps that’s because the restaurant is such a giant that it’s fun to be able to poke fun at them. In this particular situation, someone took the suggestion of buying a friend lunch and turned it into having your friend AS lunch.

I seriously doubt that McDonald’s would endorse such a cannibalistic message, but that’s what makes this mild vandalism so funny in the first place. But here’s the real question, do they serve fava beans and a nice chianti alongside your friends?
