This billboard instantly transports us back to our moody teenage emo days. This surly interaction between a message on a billboard and a vandal makes us think about moping around the house, then refusing to talk about what was bothering us with our parents. But is this actually a cry for help?

Humans are fundamentally contradictory beings. If someone asks us if we are okay, we may act annoyed and roll our eyes. At the same time, if they don’t ask, we may be offended.
