The Cutest Water Tank for Miles Around

Everyone wants to inject a bit of whimsy into their lives, and their neighborhood apparently. But maybe not everyone is on board with this kind of decoration on their water tank. Nevertheless, this water tank tagging artist will not be deterred! No matter how many times their work is painted over they will persevere.

And who can blame them? That little piggy face just makes that water tank look so much cuter!  A little face like that would make me name that water tank. I will call him Phil, and we will be the best of friends.
