Gadgets That We All Used in the 80’s

Posted by Tali

Atari Touch Tablet

When we think of a touch tablet the first gadget that comes to mind is Apple’s Ipad, but actually they were not the first to create something like this. The year was 1984, and it was darker than the Dark Ages for computer graphics. Atari brought the first electronic touch tablet to the market that came with a digital pen that allowed users to doodle, draw, paint, erase, and drag and drop images with Atari’s Artist software.

Atari Touch Tablet

This product wasn’t very successful during the company’s twilight years, which is unbelievable to think about now considering the current success of electronic tablets.
