This looks like it could be a glitch but also looks like it could be real. The blurry patches on the image makes it look like a glitch, but the placement of the man- how he’s directly inside of a pothole make it look real.

It’s even funnier that he’s in a suit and tie, an innocent by-stander just on his morning commute has fallen inside a hole and is now just chilling there with no hopes of making it to work.
