False Alarm!

Going back to a fear of flying, sometimes there is nothing staff can do, and mistakes are made.

On a flight from La Guardia, the captain made an announcement about the flight finishing with “Now sit back and relax. OH MY GOD” This was followed by several minutes of silence, during which the passengers completely freaked out.

False Alarm!

He returned to the mic to explain that one of the stewardesses had spilled boiling hot coffee on him, and that there was no emergency, adding “you [the passengers] should see the front of my pants.”

One passenger yelled out in response “You should see the back of mine!”
