This is another example of a bride giving her groom a taste of married life before he signs on to anything. His groomsmen are desperately trying to keep their friend from drowning, but it doesn’t look like their having much luck. Everybody knows that when a friend gets married you basically never see them again, and these dudes don’t want to risk that.
