Famous Movie Lines That Were Actually Improvised

Goodfellas

Goodfellas is not only one of the best Mob movies ever made, but one of the best movies ever made, period. Not only did it benefit from the considerable talents of director Martin Scorsese, but it had a cast that included such stars as Robert De Niro, Ray Liotta, and Joe Pesci.

In fact, one particular exchange between Liotta and Pesci was largely improvised, as Pesci decided to take issue with Liotta calling him a “funny guy.”

Goodfellas

The follow-up, “Do I amuse you? Like a clown?” interrogation has since become classic.
