West Virginia tends to bring up quite a few questions when it comes to mind.
Is it considered part of the East Coast? Is it mid or south-west? Is it a part of Virginia? Does everyone there marry their cousins?

For some of these questions, we may never truly find out. But what we do know is that West Virginians actually really care about their own identity, and have pride in their state.
In fact, West Virginia is actually the most mountainous state in the US, as it lies completely inside the Appalachian Mountain Region.
