However, it also is known that although they may need to wear flip-flops and snow boots on the same day, their personal temperaments are rather good and Missourians are generally friendly people.

Nevertheless, with a nickname like “The Show Me State”, I’d be careful who you ask directions from in Kansas City (which by the way is in Missouri!).
