For some reason when Christmas came around everyone insisted on rolling cheese together into a big ball and serving it on a platter with crackers and other assorted items.

People back in the day did all sorts of horrible things to cheese using tons of molds, creating tons of casseroles and using way too much gelatin, but the most festive sin was the Christmas cheese ball.
