In this case, the cover-up wasn’t optional, but mandatory. It is unclear what the original tattoo artist was trying to achieve with this one. The drawing is terrible and so it the technical application of the tattoo. At least the cover-up is well done, and not only there’s no trace of the old tattoo, but a fierce black tiger has taken its place.
